Undead Girl Murder Farce: A Historical Fantasy Detective Series
In a world where creatures such as werewolves and vampires continue to roam, Aya Rindo finds herself in an entirely different state.
As a beautiful head detached from her body, she relies on her loyal maid, Shizuku Hasei, to carry her.
Aya’s purpose now is to unravel the mystery of her stolen body, and thus, she assumes the role of a detective.
However, fate takes an interesting turn when one evening, they encounter Tsugaru Shinuchi, a half-human Oni Slayer, who extends a helping hand.
Forming a trio, they set out on a journey across Europe, using their collective skills to solve mind-boggling mysteries.
But the prime mission remains to find Aya’s missing body.

Who Are Aya Rindo and Tsugaru Shinuchi?
Aya is a young half-woman and half-demon from the Meiji era. Unfortunately, an unknown assailant, a half-demon hailing from Britain, mercilessly beheads her, leaving her headless body behind.
While the demon cannot perish due to her nature, being decapitated by a half-demon impedes her ability to heal.
Despite this setback, her severed head remains alive, driven by an unwavering desire for justice.
Determined to avenge her attacker, she seeks assistance from Tsugaru to find the assailant and exact her revenge.
Meanwhile, Tsugaru, a half-demon, finds himself injected with demon blood by the very same attacker responsible for Aya’s beheading.
The outcome of this infusion grants him access to powerful demonic powers, although the demon aspect within him surpasses the strength of his human nature.

Do Aya and Tsugaru End Up Together?
Both Aya and Tsugaru are united by a common purpose; their shared goal being the pursuit of the mysterious assailant who has played a pivotal role in intertwining their fates.
But since the Undead Girl Murder Farce novel series is still ongoing, it is difficult to say if Aya and Tsugaru would end up as lovers.
Interestingly, quite early in the story, Aya and Tsugaru kiss each other rather passionately.
However, the purpose of the kiss was to allow Tsugaru to consume Aya’s saliva and extend his lifespan.
Nevertheless, the passionate kiss does indicate that Tsugaru and Aya may end up as a couple in Undead Girl Murder Farce.
