Three JSA Characters Have Supposedly Been Revealed for Black Adam

Black Adam has a lot of people talking now, thanks to The Rock's confirmation that we would be seeing JSA (Justice Society of America) characters in the film. Knowing that these classic heroes will be appearing in the movie has us excited since they haven't been too relevant in recent years, even though they recently appeared in an arc of Justice League. Obviously, we can't expect to see all of them but a report claims that we're getting at least three characters from that team.

According to The Hashtag Show, we will be seeing Hawkman, Stargirl, and Atom Smasher in the flick. These are really interesting characters to add since Stargirl and Atom Smasher are often portrayed as a couple, while Hawkman is usually portrayed as a sensible republican who usually has a hard time remembering his memories.

The choices make some sense since Hawkman is arguably one of the more popular JSA characters while Stargirl is getting her own DC Universe series soon. As usual, the films and shows won't be connected to each other so try not to get confused guys. Atom Smasher is there to be Stargirl's boyfriend, though we're sure some fans think he's the most underrated hero ever.

Whatever the case, if this report is true, we could be in for one hell of a DC movie. The JSA will obviously act as antagonists in the film, though not straight-up villains since that's what Black Adam is. Okay, to be fair, he's usually an anti-hero these days and fans tend to like him more than Shazam.

Black Adam is slated for release on December 22, 2021.
