Now that Avengers: Endgame will be showing in theaters soon, fans are pretty pumped to see some of their favorite characters again. One character fans are very happy to see is Valkyrie, who wasn't in Infinity War and who many assumed perished at the hands of Thanos. Thankfully, that isn't the case and Valkyrie will continue to be an ally for Thor and The Avengers.
It turns out they were almost more than that since both Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth revealed that the two filmed kissing scenes for Thor: Ragnarok. That's right, the two were almost paired up before the higher-ups decided against it, for some odd reason.
Speaking with CinemaBlend, Thompson and Hemsworth confirmed that kissing scenes were filmed and the two almost became a couple in the film:
Chris: Yeah, we had kisses.
Tessa: There was a whole sequence, I mean there were takes in there...yeah.
Chris: It may or may not---
Tessa: It was a like, yeah … it's in the deep cut, the DVD extra extra extra if you know what I mean.
Chris: Didn't make it.
Tessa: We had a kissing scene.
Chris: We had a kissing scene.
Tessa: To be totally honest. Isn't that always -- that's seems to be the way with us. Even withThorit was the same thing. It was like will we, won't we.
It seems like Thor: Ragnarok has a lot of scenes and concepts that were cut. There were also supposed to be scenes that showed Valkyrie was bisexual but that was also left on the cutting room floor. Hopefully, we get more from these two after Endgame.
Thor: Ragnarok is now available on Blu-Ray. Avengers: Endgame should be showing in theaters now.
