Avengers: Endgame will be out today and fans are already feeling nostalgic over the fact that this film will be a definitive ending for some of the MCU's characters. While we know that Spider-Man will live to see another film, the fates of other heroes are much more unknown and we'll only know what is going to happen to them if we see this movie.
It looks like we're not the only ones feeling nostalgic since Robert Downey Jr just posted a GIF from the very first Iron Man movie. This makes sense since RDJ is the face that kickstarted the MCU and the fact that he committed to the character for such a long time is one hell of an accomplishment. We still don't know if he's going to live through Endgame but the post below is one way to reminisce about the MCU.
The first Iron Man film wasn't just a humble beginning for the MCU but a career resurgence for Robert Downey Jr. After a stint in jail for being an addict, the actor had a hard time picking good and successful films. However, that all changed when he was cast in 2008's Iron Man, which showed everyone that he is still a great, charismatic actor.
