The Rock’s Black Adam and Other DC Films Reportedly Will Drop Teaser in 2022’s Superbowl

DC’s film slate this year consists of our favorite comic book superheroes like Flash, Aquaman, The Batman, and The Rock’s upcoming Black Adam is set to be released this 2022, and seems like we are getting the teasers very soon.

This Sunday’s Superbowl is going to be epic as we will witness different trailers and promotional content for highly-anticipated films from Marvel, Warner Bros., and DC. DC’s contents are believed to push through the Superbowl event after releasing a teaser of their 2022 film slate.

In the teaser, looks like we are getting a teaser for all DCEU’s anticipated films from Robert Pattinson’s The Batman, Jason Momoa’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, and The Rocks Black Adam. These films are the major projects of the DC universe among their series like the Peacemaker that is streaming in HBO Max.

The Rock also officially confirmed that the first teaser for his upcoming film will be released on the Superbowl game and posted a video captioned with, “The world needs heroes, especially with a ruthless one dressed in black.”

We barely have anything yet on the Black Adam film yet and this teaser will definitely help us in getting an idea of what the Rock’s transformation will be. Producer, Hiram Garcia gave us a hint on what Black Adam will be in the DC universe, the producer explained,

"The truth is, there's a reason why we say that when Black Adam comes into the DC universe, the hierarchy of power is going to change," said Garcia. "And there's very few established figures who would be able to go toe to toe with Black Adam. I think as established right now in the DC cinematic universe, you look at Wonder Woman and at Superman as two characters that would have a shot, maybe if they work together, because hey...it's Black Adam, right?"

The released date for Black Adam is still unconfirmed but on the other hand, Ezra Miller’s The Flash is pushing through a November release date followed by Jason Momoa’s Aquaman 2 in December. Producer Hiram Garcia

While DC’s projects still remain mysterious, we can see more promotional content in Sunday's Superbowl.
