The third season of The Mandalorian saw Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze work together closely as they attempted to regain control of Mandalore alongside the other Mandalorians.

As a result, Bo-Katan essentially became the co-lead of the season alongside Din Djarin and fans have also started to ship the two together as they suggested that there is potential for the two characters to enter a romantic relationship.

So far, there is no indication that the story will push the two characters to enter a new territory in their relationship in the future of the series, but nevertheless, some fans are still continuing to ship them.

Now, one of the actors has chimed in and addressed whether there is a possibility for the two characters to get together romantically.

In an interview with The Direct, Katee Sackhoff discussed her thoughts surrounding the potential romance between The Mandalorian main characters Din Djarin and Bo-Katan Kryze.

The actress shot down any possibility that the two characters would ever get into a romantic relationship, but she and stunt double Brendan Wayne have joked about it on set.

"No, I think that there's probably just as much speculation in the shipping of The Armor and Bo-Katan. I think that anytime you put a woman and a man on screen together, it's bound to happen," Sackhoff said.

"I think that that's just one of those things, that speculation that people enjoy. But no, nothing more than just joking around between myself and Brendan Wayne at work, so no."

Sackhoff made some great points in her comments and, even if you just watch the way the story of the series is going, it never felt like Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have no interest in putting their characters into a romantic situation unless there is a natural way for them to do it.

As far as we're concerned, Bo-Katan and Din Djarin are just colleagues who have the same goals on their mission and every interaction that they have is simply platonic.

At the end of the day, it's all just fan speculation and it will likely stay that way throughout the course of the series.

All seasons of The Mandalorian are available to stream on Disney+.
