It's unlikely that the players in The Devil's Plan will be returning to compete against other players in the second season. But if an all-star season will be made, The Devil's Plan will need to have several seasons already.

For now, nothing official has been announced yet. But according to some Redditors, actress Shin Ah-young has received an invite to the games.

We can't confirm this right now but we're already excited to learn more about the players in The Devil's Plan Season 2.

The Devil's Plan was created by Jung Jong-yeon, a known director and TV producer in South Korea.

Some of his past works include The Genius, The Society Game, and Great Escape. He will likely be working with other skilled individuals to come up with new games for The Devil's Plan Season 2.

Netflix described the first season of The Devil's Plan as a “mind game survival entertainment show that awards up to 500 million Korean won to the winner.”

The Devil's Plan is a reality game show that puts the intelligence of its players to the test. Throughout the course of a week, players will be housed in one property and will have to go through two sets of games per day.

In the end, the winner with the most Pieces will get a chance to win 500,000,000 won (around $369,743).

Although there are a number of similarities with Jung Jong-yeon's The Genius, a few differences were made. Most importantly, the players in The Devil's Plan were housed together under one roof for an entire week.

In doing this, the players got more emotional with every individual's elimination. There's also the jail aspect to the game in The Devil's Plan.

If a second season is ordered, a lot of changes will likely be made. In fact, Jong-yeon spoke about some of these changes to Na PD. Even though the show has not yet been renewed for a second season, Jong-yeon will have to think carefully about the special game found in prison.

The director also revealed that they will be steering the competition in a way that succeeding players won't be able to control things.
