There's already so much hype surrounding Matt Reeves' The Batman and fans can't wait to see what's to come. While details about the film are kept under wraps, Reeves has recently given a first look at Robert Pattinson's Batsuit, and now, a new set photo has made the rounds online which might have confirmed the movie's working title.

Back in December, reports have gone around which suggests that The Batman's working title would be "Vengeance" based on that month's issue of Production Weekly. There was no word from Warner Bros or Reeves about the working title, although the new set photo could confirm the reports.

The image, although it doesn't include any of the actors, crew, props, or settings, it does show Pattinson's chair on the set. The said chair has the words "Vengeance" on it, with the actor's name in red just under it. You can check it out here.

Those who are very big fans of Batman will know the correlation of this word to the character. This refers to the Dark Knight's war on crime after the unfortunate death of his parents. It is also a famous quote from Batman: The Animated Series, "I am vengeance! I am the night! I am Batman!," said the Caped Crusader voiced by Kevin Conroy.

While the working title doesn't reveal much of what the movie entails, it's pretty likely that vengeance for his parents' death will also be mentioned in this movie. It's also a cool way to reference the character's years of legacy.
