There is little doubt that there have been several fan theories out there about Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2. However, the season finale confirmed an interesting theory about Emerie Karr that people have speculated about since the character was introduced in the series.
In The Bad Batch Season 2 Episode 16, Omega was finally captured by Doctor Royce Hemlock and brought to Mount Tantiss. After a brief reunion with Nala Se, Omega is taken in for an examination where she finds the unconscious Crosshair and meets Emerie Karr. At first, Omega is wary of Emerie but Emerie reveals she is Omega's genetic sister.
Although this was a huge surprise for most fans, others were already expecting the revelation. People have speculated that Emerie Karr is a clone of Jango Fett who has become a scientist like the Kaminoans who created her. It's unclear why she is with the Empire but there is a huge possibility that we'll find out in the next season.
Emerie Karr's identity has been a hot topic with fans who thought her accent is similar to Omega's. In addition to that, she appeared to empathize with Crosshair in their interactions, and it is believed that Emerie purposedly allowed him to escape and warn Clone Force 99.
But is Emerie actually on Omega's side or is she loyal to the Empire? There's a possibility that she could be an important ally to Clone Force 99. However, it is always best to be wary of everyone at this point. Hopefully, the truth will be revealed in The Bad Batch Season 3.
