Acklays

One of the most terrifying monsters in the Star Wars franchise are the Acklays, amphibious reptilian crustaceans that have six deadly claws and razor-sharp teeth.

They're surprisingly agile and one was even unleashed to kill Anakin Skywalker, Padme Amidala, and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The giant white spider's habitat rests on the planet of Dagobah, and though the creature wasn't used as much in the original films, this beaked arachnid was seen in the frozen caves of Maldo Kries.

The spider is said to feed off of emotional energy, which makes it all the more terrifying, considering it could lead anyone to cower in fear.

The Sarlacc is technically hiding within the pit in the image, underneath the sand of Tattooine. Think of it as a quick sand with teeth. It is known for gobbling up anyone who steps into its lair.
