Star Wars Resistance LEGO Sets Coming Soon

Star Wars Resistance has been having a steady run ever since it debuted on Disney XD, and what would a Star Wars show be if it didn't have any cool merch you can buy? As it turns out, LEGO is already planning their first wave of Resistance sets, and two of those sets are both going to be modified TIE Fighters.

This comes from Resistance & Rebel Transmission:

With Resistance being a show filled with colorful ships, it was basically begging for some toys to be pumped out. What's more, the ships actually cost a lot more on retail so you bet Hasbro is going to be earning a lot more from the collectors who want to complete the sets.

While both shops are TIEs in the show, only one is actually working for the First Order. The Black Ace is a TIE, but it's used primarily for racing around the Colossus. What's cool about the pilot Griff is that he's an ex-Imperial pilot, and his racing gear is just his TIE gear, but painted to look different.

For now, we only have these two ships confirmed for the LEGO sets, but it may be a matter of time before we get the full list of incoming ships. How can you start a Resistance wave without Kaz and the Fireball? You can make the whole set complete with minifigs for the crew as well.

These LEGO sets are set to release April 2019. Catch Star Wars Resistance on Disney XD.
