Star Wars: Bryce Dallas Howard Confirmed to Direct New Episode for The Mandalorian Season 2

We already know that most of The Mandalorian Season 2 has already completed production and fans can expect to see the new chapter of the Star Wars series later this year. But who exactly worked on the new episodes of the Disney+ show? As it turns out, Bryce Dallas Howard had directed another episode of the beloved series.

Howard recently spoke to Collider where she admitted that she has already completed work on a new episode of The Mandalorian Season 2.

"I directed an episode on the second season of Mandalorian, so that's already done. Which is wonderful, so I'm looking forward to that coming out later this year," Howard said.

This is welcome news for fans who loved Howard's episode Chapter 4: Sanctuary in the first season. After all, the episode introduced Cara Dune and was the source of the hilarious Baby Yoda Sipping Tea meme. Needless to say, we can't wait to see what Howard has done for Season 2.

Although Howard has already finished working on The Mandalorian, she still has another project that hasn't resumed production just yet. Howard is set to reprise her role as Claire in the highly anticipated sequel Jurassic World: Dominion, which is expected to start filming by July. Stay tuned for more updates on that story.

The Mandalorian Season 2 has not yet been given an official release date. Nevertheless, the series is already expected to return on Disney+ by October.
