Jurassic World Star Bryce Dallas Howard Says Dominion Script is 'Exhilarating'

It might still be a long wait for Jurassic World: Dominion since production on the sequel has been halted due to the coronavirus outbreak. Nevertheless, it looks like Bryce Dallas Howard wants to make sure that fans remain excited about the film. The Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom star has just revealed that she has already read the script and claims it is "exhilarating."

Howard recently spoke to Collider while promoting her new documentary Dads. Not surprisingly, the conversation shifted to Dominion and the Black Mirror actress admitted that she was impressed with what director and screenwriter Colin Trevorrow came up with for the sequel.

"It was so exhilarating reading it," Howard said. "My husband got to read it too, Colin was like 'Yeah, you and Seth can read it' and we were like 'Rraaaggh!!' just the whole time flipping out. That was exhilarating because we are all so excited to come back together."

Of course, this doesn't tell us much about what will happen in Dominion or what the future holds for Howard's character. In Fallen Kingdom, Claire and Owen managed to escape with Maisie, Zia, and Franklin but the dinosaurs also ended up roaming the wilderness as well as urban areas. Will humanity learn how to live with the prehistoric creatures or could the dinosaurs end up taking over? We'll find out next year.

Jurassic World: Dominion is expected to resume production before the end of the year. The film is still scheduled for release on June 11, 2021.
