While fans wait for Part 2 of the series, a Spy x Family crossover with the mobile RPG Shironeko Project NEW WORLD’S was announced by Colopl.
The announcement of this new crossover was made via the game’s official Twitter account. Following this initial announcement, more info on the collab was revealed in a livestream that was held earlier today.
Unlike other game crossovers that only come with a couple of skins and in-game items, the Spy x Family crossover with the Shironeko Project mobile game crossover is a big project.
Specifically, the crossover adds Loid Forger, Yor Forger, and Anya Forger into the game as new characters. In this appearance, the Forger family are voiced by their voice actors from the TV anime.
Aside from characters, the collab also introduces story content featuring the Forger trio, as well as a special collaboration quest. Details on these are available on the official collab website.
The recently released Spy x Family dodgeball web game is also a part of the promotions for this collab. Players who participate in the dodgeball game can share their results on Twitter for a chance to win a Spy x Family voice actor autographed paper set.
Finally, a separate Twitter campaign is also being held for players. By retweeting the collaboration preview video, players can get a special image.
Shironeko Project NEW WORLD’S is a smartphone RPG that’s available in Japan on the App Store, Google Play, and the Amazon App Store.
The game features an RPG combat system along with 12 professions for players to choose from. It also has a co-op battle system where up to four players can play together.
NEW WORLD’S is part of the White Cat Project franchise by Colopl. The series started back in July 2014 with the release of the first White Cat Project mobile game.
The Spy x Family crossover with the Shironeko Project mobile RPG will be available from July 29 to August 12, 2022.
