Just recently we got a good glimpse of Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio for the upcoming Spider-Man: Far from Home, but thanks to Martin Knap, we also have some set videos which actually has Mysterio facing off with a black-suited Spider-Man.

If you look closely, that's Mysterio and Spider-Man facing each other before three black cars stop right behind Mysterio. It has been confirmed that Nick Fury and Maria Hill will be showing up in this movie, so it's possible that these are SHIELD agents ready to arrest (possibly) Quentin Beck.
If anything, I'm hoping this is just the first encounter with Mysterio, and I'm expecting he pulls something off to escape the SHIELD agents.
As for Spidey's black outfit, some are calling it a stealth suit, and it's a possible mode that Peter's Stark outfit has. I, on the other hand, am convinced that it's a play on the iconic black symbiote suit; but seeing that the symbiote doesn't exist in this film (yet), I'm sure it's just purely the aesthetics that they were going for.
We don't have that many details released on Spider-Man: Far from Home yet, but that may be because it's the first film to come out after Avengers 4—meaning that it could spoil what happens after Thanos' arc in concluded. Surely we're going to get more info once May 3, 2019 passes.
