The Immortal Hulk is currently one of Marvel's best comic books, expanding on Hulk's lore and exploring how the Gamma radiation has changed Bruce Banner and all of his allies who have been Hulks at one point or another. Managing to mix up horror with classic Hulk stories, this is a series that continues to break the mold and change up who Hulk and Bruce Banner really are.
So, it's interesting to see Bruce Banner lose his Hulk form for one story as Marvel has announced The Immortal Hulk: Great Power #1, which sees Spider-Man become a Hulk once again. Spider-Man became a Hulk in the comics a long time ago but it looks like they are going to explore some of the more recent Immortal Hulk developments, this time through Spidey.
While series scribe Al Ewing won't be writing this one-shot, it is in good hands since Tom Taylor will be handling writing duties. Taylor is the current author of Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man and has managed to captivate us with his works on Injustice and All-New Wolverine, among other books.

As a big fan of The Immortal Hulk, it's going to be interesting seeing how Spider-Man reacts to all of the horrors that Bruce has been through. That alone should convince fans to pick this up since Ewing has done so much to make this comic book one of the best in Marvel history.
