Sooyoung offered a hilarious statement about her ideal type and her boyfriend, Jung Kyung Ho.
The star couple went through a lot of dating rumors before they confirmed their relationship, making their 2014 confirmation not surprising at all.
The rumor started in February 2013 when reports about them being in a relationship since September 2012 surfaced. At that time, a source disclosed that they shared a lot of similarities together, making them grow closer.
Their agencies, SM Entertainment (Sooyoung) and Fantagio (Jung Kyung Ho), eventually confirmed the buzzes.
Although they have been together for years, the K-pop star still teases her boyfriend when the chance permits.

Sooyoung Reveals Her Ideal Man
Sooyoung recently joined the tvN Story’s variety talk show, Take Care of Me This Week (via Naver). She and the MCs — Sung Dong Il and Go Chang Suk — discussed their potential in the acting industry.
According to the idol, Go Chang Suk could star in romance dramas. It prompted Sung Dong Il to ask his co-MC whether he would shave if he received a casting offer for a romance series, to which he immediately said he could shave all the hairs on his body.

However, Sooyoung immediately cut them and said Go Chang Suk should not shave since it is his charm. She then revealed that her ideal type is someone with facial hair.
Since the Hospital Playlist actor does not have facial hair, Sung Dong Il said “the person” he knows does not have it.
Sooyoung then playfully told them that people who others end up with usually go opposite from their ideal types.
How Did Sooyoung Become Jung Kyung Ho’s Girlfriend?
In a separate interview, Sooyoung’s boyfriend told Life Bar how he ended up dating the idol.
Jung Kyung Ho mentioned that they met through a mutual friend. Still, he reportedly had “purpose” when he first met her since he was a big fan of Girls’ Generation that he and his friend went to every concert they held.
He blushed when asked what he liked about Sooyoung, telling the other celebrities that the idol is so pretty. In addition, he revealed that they remained sweet despite dating for a long time.
With that said, it is safe to say they will go stronger regardless of Sooyoung’s ideal man!
