Who Are the Creatives Behind Song of the Bandits Season 2?
The first season of Song of the Bandits was directed by Hwang Jun-hyeok with a script written by Han Jeong-hoon. This is their reunion project since Bad Guys 2.
We're hoping the two will return to work on Song of the Bandits Season 2 so that the story continues.
The series was developed by Studio Dragon, Urban Works, and Baram Pictures.
What Will Song of the Bandits Season 2 Be About?
The official Netflix synopsis of Song of the Bandits reads:
“Set in lawless 1920’s Gando with China’s land, Japan’s money, and Joseon’s people, this action thriller tells the story of those who have come together to protect their loved ones and home.”
The first season of the show was set in the 1920s, a period where Korea was struggling for its independence and survival at the height of the Japanese occupation.
Given the show had a cliffhanger ending, we're hoping that it gets renewed for a second season. But as for what we can expect from its story, we really don't have a clue right now since this show is purely fictional.
