Ever since She-Hulk: Attorney at Law aired in the fall of 2022, Marvel Studios and Disney+ have not announced any plans to continue the series with a second series just like most MCU shows that have been released.

There are also no confirmed plans yet for Tatiana Maslany to continue playing the role of Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk in future MCU projects.

Despite the divisive reception to the series, some fans would still like to see more of Jennifer Walters' adventures in the MCU and hopefully get another season of half-hour episodes.

However, it looks like that might not happen anytime soon according to a recent update from the star of the series herself.

In her appearance during the Codenames LIVE! - The New Class stream on Twitch (via The Direct), She-Hulk: Attorney at Law star Tatiana Maslany was asked whether a second season of the MCU series could still happen.

The actress said that she doesn't believe that it is likely to happen since they "blew the budget" when they were making the first season.

"I don't think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like, 'No thanks,'" she responded.

While the actress did not exactly confirm that the series won't be getting a second season, we are seeing signs that it is likely to be the case given the lack of updates regarding the potential future of the series.

Marvel Studios can still find ways to continue Jennifer Walters' journey in the MCU by integrating her into other MCU projects and assisting heroes who might need legal assistance.

The studio is also currently reassessing their plans for the franchise which may explain why we haven't heard any announcements regarding the potential second season or the character's next appearances in the MCU.

Hopefully, we will be able to get some clarification from Marvel Studios themselves soon regarding what's next for Jennifer Walters in the MCU and whether they will continue with a second season of the series.
