It's been a crazy week for DC fans as various reports and rumors have surfaced as of late, even including a potential appearance of Michael Keaton as Batman for The Flash movie. Now, word is Ryan Reynolds could be featured in Zack Snyder's Justice League.

This rumor comes from scooper and YouTuber Grace Randolph, claiming that she heard this from two sources. Reynolds is reportedly in negotiations to cameo in Snyder's Justice League as Green Lantern.

Taking to Twitter, Randolph revealed that the rumor she has been teasing is that of Reynolds' appearance on the Snyder Cut. She also added that the suit would look much better in Snyder's version.

The reason for Reynolds' presence in the Snyder Cut is uncertain, it's also unclear whether the actor will play his version of the Emerald Guardian or an entirely different one. Should the rumor get confirmed, this could be the start of the studio's shared DC multiverse. If you recall, the character was also featured in the Arrow multiverse via Crisis on Infinite Earths. This tease is speculated to be setting up a series on HBO Max, making it far more intriguing if Reynolds is confirmed for the Snyder Cut.

Reynolds has been joking around about his take on the hero as well, so there's also the possibility that his brief appearance maybe for laughs. For now, this is just a rumor, so fans should take this with a grain of salt. Nonetheless, it would be interesting to see what his role would be in the Snyder Cut.

Zack Snyder's Justice League is set for release on HBO Max in early 2021.
