Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon is finally hitting streaming this December exclusively on Netflix. Split into a two-part film, here are all the interstellar cast and characters starring in the former Justice League helmer's Rebel Moon:
Sofia Boutella is Kora
After her breakthrough coming to fame from Kingsman: The Secret Service, Star Trek: Beyond, and Guillermo Del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities, Sofia Boutella is playing the main character, Kora, the young woman who has sworn to gather warriors and protect Veldt from the intergalactic colonizers.
In a previous interview with Tudum, Snyder said: "I pitched her from the beginning. That happens to me with casting. I'll see someone and be like, 'I'm going to put them in a movie. I'm going to figure it out.' She has this mysterious quality. She's super physical. Her performance is amazing."
Charlie Hunnam is Kai
Charlie Hunnam (Pacific Rim, The Lost City of Z) plays Kai in Rebel Moon, a mercenary pilot who helps Kora out in taking down anyone who stands in their way.
Willing to get down and dirty for hostile negotiations, Kai will prove to be quite the valuable warrior in Kora's plans.
Michiel Huisman is Gunnar
Previously starring in Game of Thrones as Daari Naharis, Michiel Huisman now stars as Gunnar, one of the farmers living in the small town being terrorized in the galaxy who seeks to protect their crops and territory from the Imperium.
Ed Skrein is Admiral Atticus Noble
Ed Skrein (Deadpool, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Alita: Battle Angel) stars as the main villain of the Rebel Moon story, Admiral Atticus Noble, the ruthless leader who works for the Imperium terrorizing Veldt for their harvest.
"Ed is a nutcase in this movie," Snyder told Tudum, "I mean, as a person, he's amazingly disciplined and dedicated and meticulous. But his character, Noble, is completely unhinged, and he really does a great job."
Djimon Hounsou as General Titus
Djimon Hounsou (The King's Man, Gladiator, Guardians of the Galaxy) plays General Titus, a former gladiator who served the Imperium.
Now, with the threat of Admiral Atticus Noble coming for Veldt, the general will be forced to lay a hand against the very empire that molded him into the warrior he became.
Staz Nair is Tarak
Former Game of Thrones and Supergirl star Staz Nair plays a "noble servant" whose connection with the mystical creature, Bennu, runs in deep roots according to his origin story.
As Snyder described it, "You're going to find out about Tarak's backstory in Part Two, and you're going to learn a little bit about bennu, what role they play, and that he's familiar with them."
Doona Bae is Nemesis
Sense8 and Jupiter Ascending star Doona Bae plays a cyborg sword master called Nemesis, whose 'mechanical hands' grant her the ability to wield molten-metal weapons (some of which looked similar to Lucasfilm's lightsabers).

The rest of the upcoming cast expected to star in Zack Snyder's Rebel Moon includes Ray Fisher as Darrian Bloodaxe whose character is siblings with Cleopatra Coleman's Devra Bloodaxe. Both characters have been involved with the assault of the Imperium on the galaxy.
E. Duffy's Milius is a refugee who fights alongside the Bloodaxes, Anthony Hopkins is the voiceover for Jimmy's character who is an ancient robot knight, Jena Malone's Harmada is the massive spider-like creature we see in the trailer, while Corey Stoll is Sindri who fights against the Noble once the Admiral demands tribute from the villagers.
