Who is Pardis Saremi in Death and Other Details? Although the series consists of big names like The Flash's Violett Beane and Blue Blood's Lauren Patten, the American mystery drama also introduces new faces. This happens to include Saremi.
Where You've Seen Pardis Saremi Before
Pardis Saremi is an American actress who has previously modeled for various brands, such as Jill Renee Collections and FLEURI Jewelry, which she often posts on her Instagram account @paradeees.
Before Death and Other Details, Pardis Saremi starred in smaller roles in the early days of her acting career. These roles included being a receptionist in 2020's Ruthless Renegade and as Demi in 2023's Hell of a Summer.
However, her debut film was way back in 2017, when she made an appearance in Literally, Right Before Aaron opposite Justin Long, Cobie Smulders, and John Cho.
Since then, Saremi got to star in bigger roles such as playing the titular character in the short Comedy-Drama film Shonda in 2021, and as one of the major characters Sofia Bloome in the Tubi original, Chapel.
As of present, Hulu holds a bigger promise to Pardis Saremi's career as she has been cast in a starring role as Leila in Death and Other Details. Here's a little more about her, minus the spoilers.

Leila's Role in Death and Other Details Explained
Leila (played by Pardis Saremi) was first seen in a completely white outfit under a big white hat, as though she was concealing her identity. Either that or she was afraid of staying on a boat for ten days.
It wasn't until the first episode progressed that the series introduced Leila as the wife of one of the biggest prospects the boat could ship on board, Anna (Lauren Patten), aka the daughter of Mr. Lawrence Collier, the man paying for the boat to set sail.
As described by the lady in charge of the ship (played by Angela Zhou), Leila happens to be a retired clickbait journalist who "requested a room on the south side of the ship to avoid 5G contamination."
The woman added that Leila has "certain peculiarities."
It remains to be seen just how big of a role Leila will serve apart from being Anna's wife and having an investigator tailing on her on the ship, but one thing's for sure: she's hiding something big.
Meanwhile, the official synopsis for Death and Other Details reads:
Imogene Scott finds herself in the wrong place at the wrong time and becomes the prime suspect in a locked room murder mystery; to prove her innocence, she must partner with a man she despises, Rufus Cotesworth, the world's greatest detective.
