It looks like being a vigilante in prison will be truly difficult for Oliver Queen. The new trailer for Arrow Season 7 confirms that Stephen Amell's character will be dealing with tough guys even when he's in the shower.
The new Arrow Season 7 trailer offers a glimpse at Oliver's life in prison where he has to deal with random inmates declare their admiration for the Green Arrow. Unfortunately, not everyone is as fond of the former vigilante. Oliver ends up in several fights, one of which involves a prisoner sneaking up on him while he's getting cleaned up.
We sort of expected something like this happening to Oliver in the seventh season. However, the new trailer was dropped at almost the same time as Bruce Wayne's unexpected full-frontal in Batman: The Damned #1. Is this a new trend for DC this year? Luckily, we don't get to see everything as Oliver fights in the nude. It's good to know that The CW isn't quite ready to go full-on HBO on us just yet.
The trailer also reveals that Oliver's family is in major trouble. Ricardo Diaz is back and he's ready to hurt Oliver by hurting Felicity Smoak and William Clayton. Will Oliver manage to get out of prison and save the two? It doesn't look too good right now but let's keep our fingers crossed on this one.
Arrow Season 7 recently added Shadowhunters star Katherine McNamara to its growing cast. The Maze Runner: The Death Cure actress will play Maya, a street fighter who also happens to be a thief. It is still unclear if she will be working with the good guys but McNamara is set to appear in a few episodes that will air next year.
Arrow Season 7 will premiere on The CW on October 15.
