New Goku & Vegeta Designs For The Dragon Ball Super Movie Revealed


Anime fans still have to wait until December for the Dragon Ball Super movie to come out in Japanese theaters but the good news is that the film looks better with each new artwork revealed from the highly-anticipated film.

The latest issue of Shueisha's V-Jump featured new designs of Goku and Vegeta's look from the Dragon Ball Super movie, and they look more stylish than ever with their winter clothing for the film's arctic setting, as the first teaser showed.

As you can see, the series is getting an animation makeover, and fans can thank Naohiro Shintani for the new look. Toei Animation brought back the talented animator, and series creator Akira Toriyama even approved of it.

The new designs for Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta have also been confirmed.

Dragon Ball Super is available for streaming on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami still airs the English dub of Dragon Ball Super on Adult Swim Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. It's also available to stream on FunimationNOW and Amazon. The upcoming Dragon Ball Super film will be released on December 14.
