‘New Avengers’ Movie Allegedly Set For Phase 4 Of The MCU

Avengers: Endgame might mark the end of the third phase in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but that doesn't mean that the film is going to signal the end of the Avengers film series.

Rumors about Marvel's Phase 4 release dates have started running up the mill, echoing earlier reports that Marvel Studios was preparing Avengers 5, Captain Marvel 2, and New Avengers for the franchise. An alleged image of leaked Marvel Studios film release dates has somehow made its way to 4chan (via Cosmic Book News), and the photo includes dates for recently announced Marvel Phase 4 projects.

This might come as a bit of a surprise since Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has explicitly told fans that announcements regarding the future of the MCU would only be made after the release of Spider-Man: Far From Home. What's even more surprising the image also shows release dates for two unannounced Marvel movies: New Avengers, and Ant-Man 3.

Untitled Disney Marvel movie: July 29, 2022 - Ant-Man 3

While we would advise fans to take the rumor with a grain of salt, the prospect of a New Avengers movie does sound exciting. Will we get to see Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) take on the role of Iron Heart? Will we see Falcon (Anthony Mackie) as the new Captain America?
