She has been blessed by the Cat Gods, rendering her impervious to any attacks and exempted from the restrictions of the Sages’ System, granting her immunity to its effects.
Hanamiya also has abilities such as Search, Teleport, Absolute Hit, Saint Punch, Prayer, and Saint Beam.
She uses these abilities in a battle effortlessly and is known to be quite powerful.
Lute
Lute, born from the Dark God Albagarma, is disturbingly malevolent and harbors a desire for the destruction of humanity.
He has supernatural strength that is strong enough to take on Sages and Swordmasters.
His body is protected by the Dimensional Wall making it difficult for the opponents to hurt him.
He can shapeshift, create perception barriers, and can even become invisible. Moreover, he can split landmass into two by just placing his hand on the ground.
Mana
Mana, also known as Lady Mana, is a Dark God confined to the bottommost layer of the Underworld through a seal.
She has the power of Giant Flesh Womb, which allows her body to expand, forming a colossal womb-like structure that absorbs and dissolves anything it touches.
The womb-like structure can spew a flexible yet robust reddish-black substance, attacking everyone indiscriminately.
Anything ensnared by it becomes powerless to escape and is subsequently consumed. Also, Mana can nullify the powers of her opponents in a battle.

Yoshifumi
Yoshifumi is first introduced as a Sage, but by volume 8 of the isekai light novel, he becomes the main antagonist.
As the emperor of the Ent Empire, he typically oversees all events within his realm.
As a Sage, Yoshifumi possesses incredible strength that allows him to destroy regular humans in an instant.
Yoshifumi uses his special weapon called Wandering Edge. It is a knife with the ability to journey into the past, altering, erasing, or rewriting specific events.
Vahanato

The Heavenly Record Eater is a cosmic being that looks like a fish swimming in the sea.
This cosmic being has the ability of Space-Time Manipulation and has complete control over surrounding space and time.

Sion
Sion is the Sage who orchestrated the summoning of Takatou’s class into another world.
As a sage, she can install The System on individuals, typically those she summons from other worlds, or anyone of her choosing.
The System grants random powers, ranging from potent and beneficial abilities to weak and seemingly useless ones.
Sion can also teleport, regenerate, and possess monstrous strength.
Ultimate Extermination God
The Ultimate Extermination God serves as the main villain in the series and possesses an existence that transcends most Gods hierarchically.
She exhibits a childlike and whimsical demeanor, often indulging in playful antics that involve toying with her adversaries.
As a God, she is omnipotent and can manipulate dreams, law, life, and death. She can erase memories and also possesses Transcendental Immortality.
Interestingly, the Ultimate Extermination God can negate the immortality power of her opponents.
Yogiri Takatou
As the main character of My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered, Takatou is easily the most powerful character in terms of strength.
His signature ability – Instant Death – allows him to eliminate anything with a single thought.
While he typically says phrases like “die” while using Instant Death, the ability is known to be thought-based.
