However, due to their physical limitations, they cannot be considered the strongest of all the races.
Still, humans make up for it using their intelligence and the power to invent and innovate.
Rudeus Greyrat, Eris Boreas Greyrat, Zanoba Shirone, and Nanahoshi Shizuka are some of the notable humans who are quite powerful.
Heaven Race
The Heaven Race, which is native to the Sky World, resembles humans with wings. They possess the ability to fly and have lifespans of several centuries.
The majority now live in the Divine Continent and safeguard their towns with magical barriers.
While they once opposed the Demon Race during the second Great Human-Demon War, they are presently indifferent about their status.

Sylphy is one of the most prominent elves in Mushoku Tensei. She possesses several magic powers, including the mysterious and powerful Disturb Magic.

Demon Race

Within the Demon Race, there exists a wide array of species, each displaying diverse physiology, abilities, and lifespans.
Among them, certain exceptionally powerful individuals rose to become Demon Kings.
There are predominantly three subgroups in the Demon Race, namely Migurds, Immortal Demons, and Superds.
Migurds share a physiology similar to humans, with an average lifespan of 200 years. They can telepathically communicate with their kind.
