MF Ghost Confirms Season 2
The official YouTube channel of MF Ghost has recently unveiled a new teaser video for MF Ghost Season 2. This means that Kanata Katagiri’s MFG career is not yet over, and the fun has only just begun.
In case you didn’t know, MF Ghost is the direct sequel to Initial D, which introduced Takumi Fujiwara to the world.
Kanata, the main character of MF Ghost, is one of the students of Takumi Fujiwara in England who went to Japan in search of his missing father.
To find his father as fast as possible, Kanata decided to join the MFG scene in Japan. The MFG is an exciting motorsport racing competition that attracts millions of viewers not only in Japan but around the world.
Under Ogata Automotive Ltd., Kanata joined the qualifiers for MFG and even broke records!
The most important thing in qualifying for the MFG is to finish the lap and not damage the car, but as expected of Kanata, he passed with flying colors.
Thus, Kanata’s journey to find his father and win the new season of MFG in Japan begins!
MF Ghost Season 2 Release Date Predictions
As announced in the teaser video, MF Ghost Season 2 will be released in 2024, but no exact date has been set yet. We can only predict a release date based on previous schedule patterns for now.
That said, we are speculating that MF Ghost Season 2 will arrive in the same month as the first season, given the norm of anime series getting a second season.
The first season of MF Ghost was released on October 2 in the Fall of 2023, and we’re assuming that the second season will arrive in the Fall of 2024, sometime in the first week of October.
