Marvel Reportedly Considering Introducing Bisexual Wolverine Into MCU

Disney may have already completed its acquisition of 21st Century Fox's television and film assets, however, Marvel has yet to announce its plans for the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Deadpool, and the rest of the studio's mutant characters.

Despite Marvel's abject silence on the matter of the X-Men's appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the rumor mill has been repeatedly churning out reports about the mutant's upcoming role in the Marvel film franchise.

This week, one of the most recent reports involving the X-Men says that Marvel plans to bring back Wolverine, and this time the studio is reportedly going to turn the character into a bisexual hero.

Trusted Disney insider Daniel Richtman just recently posted a comic book panel showing Wolverine and Hercules kissing on a foreign planet and while the image itself isn't enough to confirm Marvel's plans, the leaker did go on to confirm his suspicions in further tweets.

Not only did Richtman confirm that it was Hercules and Wolverine in the panel, but that the post had something to do with the MCU.

This is an interesting report. While we doubt that Marvel would introduce Wolverine so soon after Hugh Jackman's heartbreaking swan song in Logan, we're not entirely sure that the studio would pass up on a character as popular either.

Besides, Richtman has been known to make credible reports before. There may be truth to the post. We'll just have to cross our fingers and wait and see.
