Hotel del Luna (2019)
Hotel del Luna is similar to Goblin because it deals with reincarnation and redemption. In this fantasy K-drama, Jang Man-wol is the owner of “Hotel del Luna”, a place where ghosts come to terms with unfinished business in their former lives before they proceed to the next life.
Man-wol becomes the owner of the establishment to atone for the sins she committed 1,300 years ago. In this sense, she is cursed, just like Goblin/Kim Shin. Things change for Man-wol when Koo Chan-sung starts working as a general manager in the hotel.
Hotel del Luna is one of the best fantasy K-dramas that fans of Goblin should watch. Just like Goblin, this K-drama has some laughs, but beware, because later on, you may find yourself crying so hard. So, prepare tissues.

See You in My 19th Life is a must-watch for fans of Goblin because it also deals with past lives. In this Korean drama, Ban Ji-eum is a woman who has the ability to remember her past lives.
As her eighteenth life is cut short due to an accident, Ji-eum tries to reconnect with a man from that life in her nineteenth life. But reconnecting with people from your past lives comes with consequences.
Now, this K-drama is definitely a romantic comedy with the fantasy element. And just like Goblin, this K-drama has a cute second lead couple too. However, as the show does deal with grudges and making peace with your past, you may also find yourself crying.

W: Two Worlds (2016)
No reincarnation here, but different worlds. W: Two Worlds (also known as W, W: Two Worlds Apart) follows the love story of two people from different worlds. Oh Yeon-joo is a doctor and daughter of the illustrator of the webtoon “W”.
One day, she gets pulled into the webtoon’s world. She then meets its protagonist, Kang Cheol, and they eventually fall in love. They figure out how to be together even if they are “two worlds” apart.
W: Two Worlds will definitely make you smile and scream a lot because there are a lot of cute moments between the show’s couple (paired with the best song for the moment).
This K-drama also has a thrilling story because the main characters find themselves involved in a murder mystery. Lee Jong-suk and Han Hyo-joo star in this K-drama.
The Legend of the Blue Sea (2016-2017)
The Legend of the Blue Sea follows the love story between Shim Cheong, a mermaid, and Heo Joon-jae, a con-artist. This K-drama also deals with reincarnation.
In the present day, Shim Cheong and Heo Joon-jae’s love story is paralleled by the tragic romance of their Joseon-era incarnations, the mermaid, Se-hwa, and the town head, Kim Dam-ryeong.
As Shim Cheong and Joon-jae fall in love, they try to prevent the ill-fate of their incarnations from happening to them.

Goblin definitely made its viewers cry, but Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo will make you cry even harder. In this tearjerker K-drama, Go Ha-jin/Hae Soo is transported back in time to the Goryeo Dynasty.
She initially falls in love with Prince Wang Wook, but later on, she gets into a romantic relationship with the feared and misunderstood prince, Wang So. She also gets caught up in the politics of the palace.
While Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo has a historical setting, it has similar vibes to Goblin because it’s a K-drama combined with different other genres too. Both have fantasy, romance, and comedy. But remember, PREPARE A LOT OF TISSUES for this one!

Chicago Typewriter is an underrated fantasy K-drama that fans of Goblin should watch. It follows the lives of a trio in two time periods: one during the 1930s Japanese occupation of Korea, and the other in the 21st century.
In the past, they were resistance fighters. In the present, one becomes a bestselling writer, another becomes a ghostwriter, and the other becomes a devoted fan of the bestselling writer.
This K-drama deals with reincarnation, letting go of the past, love, and friendship – things that are present in Goblin.

While You Were Sleeping (2017)
While You Were Sleeping is a combination of romance, fantasy, and the legal drama genre. It follows the stories of three people who have the ability to see the future through their dreams: field reporter Nam Hong-joo, rookie prosecutor Jung Jae-chan, and police officer Han Woo-tak.
The three work together to prevent the bad things from happening, and at the same time, to stop the corrupt lawyer Lee Yoo-beom.

This fantasy K-drama is about a nine-tailed fox named Lee Yeon who gives up his position as a mountain god and settles into the city. He works at the Afterlife Immigration Office while he looks for the reincarnation of his lover, Ah-eum.
This K-drama is filled with fantasy, romance, and action that will keep you entertained. And if you’ve finished this K-drama and can’t get enough of it, it has a prequel titled “Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938”.

A Korean Odyssey (2017-2018)

Son Oh-gong, the Monkey King, seeks to restore his status by eating Sam-Jang, who happens to be Jin Seon-mi. The two are bound to each other by a contract and spells. They end up working together to fight evil spirits and fall in love along the way.

Touch Your Heart (2019)
While Touch Your Heart is not a fantasy K-drama, this certainly is on the list because it stars Yoo In-na and Lee Dong-wook, the ones who played the second lead couple in Goblin!
In this romantic comedy K-drama, Oh Jin-shim (who goes by the stage name Oh Yoon-seo) is an actress who loses her fame after getting involved in a scandal.
To make a comeback and star in a famous writer’s drama, she works as a secretary for a cold-hearted elite lawyer, Kwon Jung-rok. They initially don’t get along at first, but later on, the two develop romantic feelings for each other.
While Touch Your Heart is technically not a continuation of Grim Reaper and Sunny’s story, it certainly feels like it. After Goblin’s ending, fans could get some closure by watching this K-drama.
