Katee Sackhoff Knows How Much Star Wars Fans Thirst Over Bo-Katan

The Mandalorian Season 3 has taken quite a surprising turn for Star Wars fans, especially after seeing Bo-Katan ready to rule Mandalore after getting ahold of the Darksaber.

Considering that Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu have been casted aside to make way for Bo as potentially becoming the new protagonist, and eventually in Season 4, fans remain skeptical on the whole idea coming to fruition.

Fans since then have been divided on the idea of Bo leading The Mandalorian series ‘til its last.

Amid the mixed reception on Season 3, Katee Sackhoff, who plays Bo in the series, sheds light on acknowledging how fans took her character in.

“I don’t know, 70% are super, super excited about [Bo-Katan], you got ten percent like ‘I hated the whole thing,’ you got five percent ‘you just hate Bo’,” Sackhoff said in a recent interview with Kristian Harloff on The Big Thing.

She added: “And then you got two percent that want me to sit on their face.”

It is no secret that Katee Sackhoff has done an excellent portrayal of the character, especially after playing Bo first in the animated series, Rebels, before taking the role in live-action, as well.

What remains to be seen though is whether we’ll continue seeing Bo even in the next upcoming live-action Star Wars series, Ahsoka, seeing as Sackhoff’s previous statement said:

“[Laughs] I can’t reveal anything,” Sackhoff said, “But no, as of right now, I’m not in Ahsoka.”

With Ahsoka featuring the return of Ahsoka Tano, as well as more Rebels characters coming to life to potentially fight against Grand Admiral Thrawn, it would be a waste not to include Bo.

Bo, after all, is one of Ahsoka’s closest and most trusted friends as seen in The Mandalorian, so it wouldn’t make sense if Sackhoff doesn’t make a cameo, at least.

All episodes of The Mandalorian Season 3 are now available to stream on Disney+. Ahsoka, on the other hand, arrives this August.
