Shonen Jump’s big event of the year is happening in just a couple of weeks. Ahead of the event weekend, Shueisha announced that Jump Festa 2024 will feature a livestream with English interpretation for its main stage.
For this year, Jump Festa will once again have three stages: Jump Super Stage RED, Jump Super Stage BLUE, and Jump Studio.
All of these will be livestreamed for Japanese audiences, though not all of the stages will feature English interpretation.
Jump Festa 2024: What to Expect at Shueisha’s Big Event
Jump Festa 2024 is shaping up to be an exciting event for manga and anime fans, especially as it will feature big showcases for highly anticipated titles.
Possibly the biggest event that fans are anticipating is the Dandadan showcase. Recently, a trailer for the anime was shown, and it got lots of hype thanks to its colorful animation courtesy of Science SARU.
At Jump Festa, Dandadan will have a dedicated stage time at the Jump Super Stage BLUE. There, fans are anticipating a proper release date reveal and maybe a voice cast announcement.
Another anticipated showcase is Blue Box, which also got a teaser visual a few weeks ago. Fans are also hoping to see a proper trailer and a release window announcement at Jump Super Stage BLUE.
These shows will be highlighted at Super Stage BLUE, which will not feature English interpretation. Instead, the stage that will get an English language interpretation is the RED Stage.

Shueisha Confirms Jump Festa 2024 Livestream With English Interpretation
Jump Super Stage RED will be livestreamed on December 16 and 17 starting from 10:30 AM JST (5:30 PM Pacific on the previous day). This stream will be the only one with English live interpretation.
This stage event will focus on many big titles with mega-popular anime adaptations such as Spy x Family, Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen, and One Piece.
There will be some big showcases of new titles too, the biggest of which is Kaiju No. 8. The anticipation for this might be on the same level as Dandadan and Blue Box.
Jump Festa 2024 is happening on December 16-17, 2023. The physical event will take place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
As for the livestream, it will be available in most of the world, though more details will be revealed closer to the event weekend.
