Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen will be delighted to know that Maki Zenin is getting an incredibly detailed figure from Shibuya Scramble Figure. Though given its level of detail, this figure also has a wallet-busting price tag.
The new figure was revealed recently by Shibuya Scramble Figure, a notable anime figure creator in Japan.
Specifically, the figure depicts Maki in her Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 look. This means fans of Maki’s fiercer new style may have to wait a while longer before she gets another figure.
Maki Zenin the Fan Favorite
While she may not be at the top of the official Japanese fan poll, it’s fair to say that Maki Zenin is one of the most popular Jujutsu Kaisen characters, especially in the West.
Many have gravitated towards Maki even during her Season 1 appearance, with many loving her no-nonsense personality as well as her fighting style and appearance.
The love for Maki became even bigger with the developments of the manga, especially following the huge Shibuya Incident arc. Though anime-only fans will have to wait a while longer to see this.
Without getting too deep into spoiler territory, Maki experiences a huge change in the later parts of the story, with big implications for the series going forward.
Her look also drastically changes, as seen in the latest manga volume cover. This story arc of hers made fans love Maki even more.
After all, it’s hard not to root for a powerful fighter despite her lack of cursed energy.

Jujutsu Kaisen Maki Zenin Figure Revealed by Shibuya Scramble
Shibuya Scramble Figure is a notable anime figure manufacturer. They are also the company behind a seriously detailed Makima figure, as well as a more questionable Power figure.
Their latest work is a 1/7 statue of Maki Zenin in her Jujutsu High attire. Here, she’s also equipped with her signature naginata, all while in a dynamic action pose.
Given her popularity, many fans were delighted to see Maki be the newest character to get the Shibuya Scramble Figure treatment.
Though not everyone might be able to afford it as the figure is priced at JPY 30,800 (around USD 232).
For Jujutsu Kaisen fans who want to splurge on this figure, it’s available for pre-order now until May 31 on the official website. The figure is expected to ship in April 2024.
