Jamie shocked fans with her recent social media posts, which seemingly implied that her boyfriend cheated on her.
Jamie, whose real name is Park Jimin, confirmed in November that she and Goo Min Chul had been dating. She posted since-deleted black-and-white photos of them together, one of which showed them kissing each other.
Her then-agency, Warner Music Korea, responded to it a day later and said that the two were truly dating.
Months after starting their relationship, the now-ex-couple hit a glitch after Goo Min Chul reportedly cheated on Jamie.

Jamie Calls Out Boyfriend for Cheating on Her
On Instagram, the Stay Beautiful singer posted several messages revealing that her boyfriend cheated on her. She did not mention Goo Min Chul’s name, but fans already knew she was referring to him.
The updates dated Jan. 23 read:
"When you find out ur bf is a cheater :) I love it.”
“He doesn't know it yet but he's definitely getting out of my lifeee. Have fun with 4-5? Other girls babe. [sic]"
"Oh I'm gonna make a good f***** song about it :)”
“Oh, Don't bash men. It's just him. [sic]"

Fans also noticed that photos of Jamie and Goo Min Chul together on her social media account were already removed. Thus, they believe she was truly referring to the influencer.
Jamie notably marked her debut with Bark Yerin in the duo 15 & after winning the K-pop Star Season 1 in 2012. She has been promoted as a solo artist since 2015 before signing an exclusive contract with Warner Music Korea in 2020.
Meanwhile, Goo Min Chul was a reserve sergeant in the Navy Special Warfare Team and appeared on the ENA’s reality show, The Iron Squad 2.
Jamie Leaves Warner Music Korea
The news came weeks after Jamie officially left Warner Music Korea following her contract expiration. The company announced it in a statement (via Xports News).
“We would like to inform you that after a lengthy discussion on future activities, we have agreed with Jamie to respect each other’s opinions and terminate the exclusive contract upon expiration of the contract period,” part of the statement reads. “We would like to express our deep gratitude to Jamie for her efforts and dedication as an artist under Warner Music Korea.”
The company still offered support and love for its former artist despite the development.
