Most of the manga on Jump+ are made by Japanese creators, but now, the platform is expanding its lineup to include works from other countries.

Miriam of the Skulls is one such manga. It was selected as it won the Magic Monaco manga competition which is sponsored by Shibuya Productions and Shueisha.

The manga’s story is set in Naples, Italy, and it follows a protagonist who is devoted to skulls and wants to protect them.

Based on the manga’s visual, the protagonist is joined by a wide range of characters who may or may not be helpful in her goal of protecting skulls.

While the manga launched on Jump+ on Monday, there’s no word yet on whether Miriam of the Skulls will be released on international platforms such as Manga Plus or Viz Media’s Shonen Jump.

Though there is a chance it gets an international release given that several Jump+ titles are also serialized in various languages worldwide.
