After over two years, Netflix and Kevin Smith’s Masters of the Universe animated series is back for Part 3 titled Revolution. With the series finally getting a new installment, some are wondering if Teela is in Masters of the Universe: Revolution.
In Revelation (which consists of Parts 1 and 2), the focal point of the story is Teela. With the new season though, the series shifts its focus to Prince Adam aka He-Man.

Masters of the Universe: Revolution Brings Back the Focus on He-Man
Teela being the protagonist of Masters of the Universe: Revelation ruffled some feathers when the show premiered in 2021. The story’s focus on her was well-received though.
For fans who want something a bit closer to the original Masters of the Universe though, Revolution is bringing back the focus on He-Man and Skeletor as these two titans face off once again.
As series co-creator Rob David puts it, this new season encapsulates the classic series' themes of “magic vs. technology, good vs. evil, [and] self-empowerment vs. duty to others.”
With the focus back on He-Man, some may be wondering if Teela appears in the latest installment. After all, fans of the character may fear that she has been sidelined after her arc in Revelation.
Is Teela in Masters of the Universe: Revolution?
Thankfully for fans of Teela, the answer is yes, she does appear in Masters of the Universe: Revolution.
In this new season, Teela returns as the Sorceress. While she is back, her previous voice actress isn’t. That’s because Teela is voiced by Melissa Benoist (of Supergirl fame) in Revolution.
Take note that as He-Man is now the focal point, Teela won’t play as big a role as she did in the previous parts.
Is Teela's Relationship With He-Man Canon?
The finale of Revelation saw Teela and He-Man/Prince Adam link hands, implying that they have entered a relationship, or at the very least, they confirmed their feelings for each other.
This means that the Teela and Andra romance, which was hinted at in Revelation, is not the canon ship.
As for the question of whether Teela and He-Man's relationship is canon, that depends on each fan’s interpretation of what’s canon to the series or not.
In this new timeline, it’s fair to say that their relationship is all but confirmed. Meanwhile, other projects in the franchise more strongly confirm that they are a canon couple.
