The first part of the episode shows us that Roberto Da Costa and Jubilee suddenly found themselves inside a video game.

Later, Jubilee encounters a trimmed-down version of Mojo, who reveals that he decided to venture into video games as the future of "mind-numbery."

Mojo also reveals that he decided to base his first video game on Jubilee. Although he initially wanted to cast big-shot characters like Dazzler, Mojo was unable to since she "had a gig."

This admission somewhat pleases Jubilee, until she realizes that she has to fight off other players in Mojo's Rise of Jubilee game.

One exciting thing to know about Mojo's Rise of Jubilee game is that it comes in the iconic 90s arcade style seen in Konami's games from the past.

In the episode, Rise of Jubilee opens with a "© Motendo 1997" logo, which is a clapback to the iconic Nintendo console. But is Rise of Jubilee a real game?

For now, it isn't. With the success of X-Men '97, however, we won't be surprised if it gets adapted into a video game.

When the Konami game was released in 1992, Jubilee was not part of the side-scrolling game. This is why the inclusion of Rise of Jubilee seems like a fitting tribute to the character.

To date, there are 28 official X-Men games in existence. The best one, however, depends on one's preference. Many listicles online, however, have included X-Men vs. Street Fighter in them.

But with so many options available, it's hard to pick just one favorite.
