Will Mileena Evolve in the Mortal Kombat Movie?

Fans have complained endlessly about Mileena's redesign in the MK film trailer. However, producer Todd Garner has confirmed that this isn't even her final form just yet.

It's unclear what will happen here but there's a good chance that Mileena will evolve after her supposed "death" and become an even more vicious (and hopefully violently cannibalistic) version of the character.
