HBO Screening Justice League, Blade Runner 2049 And Others This July

Justice League might not have been a commercial or critical success, but it looks like Warner Brothers' most recent installment in the DC Extended Universe is making its way to HBO next month.

HBO just released an updated release schedule for July, and among its list of films to screen is the DCEU's Justice League.

Though some might wonder why such a poorly-received comic book movie would screen on the premiere cable television service, fans have to remember that HBO and Warner Bros. are both owned by Time Warner.

Besides, even though the film had the lowest box office haul out of all the films in the DCEU ( the film placed fifth after Man of Steel, Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Justice League also helped Time Warner beat its expectations for Q4 during its release.

Other films that will be screening on HBO this July includes other recent blockbuster releases like Blade Runner 2049 and IT. Fox production movies like Murder on the Orient Express, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Battle of the Sexes, and The Mountain Between Us will also be screening on HBO next month. Looks like movie-lovers are definitely in for a treat this July.
