Natsuki Kizu’s Given manga series continues to reach new heights with a two-part film sequel that will be a major treat for Boys’ Love fans. The first part of the anime sequel has announced its official title along with its official Japanese release date. Given Sequel Anime Film's First Part: Hiiragi Mix
The official title of the first part of the Given sequel anime film is Given the Movie: Hiiragi Mix. The title of the second part has yet to be confirmed as of this writing.
The first film will revolve around Mafuyu Sato’s former classmates, Hiiragi Kashima and Shizusumi Yagi.
Hiiragi and Shizusumi are childhood friends who have kept in touch with each other throughout the years, while Yuki and Mafuyu hang out together.
Shizusumi acts as Hiiragi’s babysitter, and his feelings for him begin to grow deeper.
He falls in love with Hiiragi due to his sincerity, soft-heartedness, sweetness, and dazzling demeanor but is afraid to confess to him for fear that he is attracted to another man.
In addition, Hiiragi and Shizusumi’s in-story band, SYH, will make their real-world debut with Fumiya Imai as a vocalist.
The first part of the Given sequel anime film also shares the same title as the sixth volume of the Given manga.
