Four Naruto Characters Join Jump Force

Now that we're less than a month away from Jump Force coming out, many have assumed that the current roster is the final one. Turns out that isn't the case just yet as four characters from the Naruto universe are also joining the fight. In the latest Weekly Jump reveal (via Gematsu and Ryokuta2089), we can now confirm that Boruto, Gaara, Kaguya, and Kakashi will be making the jump (hehe).

Of the four characters, Boruto is the least appealing if we're being honest. While the character does have some Jutsu that his father doesn't use, it's hard to shake the feeling that Naruto's son might feel like a carbon copy. After all, they both use clones and Rasengan, though the manga and anime have shown that Boruto has mastered other elemental Jutsu.

Everyone else is a delight to see since they can bring some unique moves to the game. Gaara has always been a fun character to watch since his sand-controlling ability has always been a treat to the eyes. Kakashi is arguably the most popular character in the series, surpassing the title character and Sasuke Uchiha for some, so seeing him here is great.

Kaguya might be a dull villain who was basically a last-minute threat for the heroes to handle but there's no denying that the mother of all chakra has some cool attacks. If you've played Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, she was probably one of your go-to characters. Plus, she looks cool.

This has made fans wonder if there are more characters who will be joining the fray. Could we be getting more Yu-Gi-Oh mainstays like Seto Kaiba or Marik Ishtar? Perhaps All Might and Bakugo from My Hero Academia to join as well. Then there's Saiki from The Disastrous Life of Saiki K, who would be ridiculously overpowered.

Jump Force comes out on February 14 on PS4 and Xbox One.
