The next episode of Season 2 might be weeks away, but Jujutsu Kaisen fans at least have more to look forward to. Following its recent reveal, Fortnite finally launched its highly anticipated Jujutsu Kaisen collab, including new outfits, quests, and more.

This new collab is reminiscent of other Fortnite anime crossovers as it adds more than just new in-game items. That’s because the collab also features a new quest that Jujutsu Kaisen fans will no doubt enjoy.

Of course, the highlight for many fans is the addition of new Jujutsu Kaisen outfits in the game. As implied in the teaser, the new collab brings Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, and Gojo outfits into the game.

Among these, the Megumi, Nobara, and Gojo outfits are now available in the game’s shop.

For players who want to get Yuji’s outfit, they’ll have to participate in the Break the Curse! event (i.e., the collab’s Battle Pass).

This Battle Pass features both a free track and a premium paid track. To get the Yuji Itadori outfit, players will need to purchase the Premium Reward Track and complete enough Break the Curse! quests.

While this is going to take some time and effort, buying the Premium Reward Track will at least instantly give players the Yuji Itadori Streetwear skin.

Aside from the outfits, the Battle Pass also has a lot of other Jujutsu Kaisen-themed unlockables, including an emote, a loading screen, back blings, and more.

That’s not all there is to the collab though, as it also features a special tournament and two special techniques.

Jujutsu Kaisen Cup and Techniques Are Also Part of the Fortnite Collab

On August 11, players will be able to participate in the Jujutsu Kaisen Cup, a Duos Zero Build tournament where top-earning players in the region will unlock the exclusive Good Boy Kon Emoticon.

How it works is that players can compete in up to 10 matches within the three-hour time window of their region. Getting a higher placement will net more points.

Finally, the event adds Cursed Llamas that roam the island. By breaking them, players will get either Nobara’s Straw Doll Technique or Gojo’s Hollow Technique: Purple.

The Jujutsu Kaisen x Fortnite collab is now live until August 25, 2023, at 2:00 AM ET / 11:00 PM PT.
