Thunderbolts Star Florence Pugh Shares First BTS Look at MCU Movie

Thunderbolts star Florence Pugh has shared the first behind-the-scenes video of the upcoming MCU film.

The highly-anticipated team-up movie finally began production recently after months of delay and casting changes as a result of the Hollywood labor strikes that occurred last year.

While Marvel Studios remains mum on the details surrounding the plot of the film, it is expected to bring back some of the fan-favorite supporting characters from past MCU movies and TV shows including Pugh's Yelena Belova.

Florence Pugh Shares Video Tour of Thunderbolts Set

Pugh recently posted a behind-the-scenes video of the making of Thunderbolts in celebration of the film being in production.

While she didn't show any major spoiler details, she gave fans a sneak peek at her costume, the soundstages in Atlanta where they're shooting, and a very brief look at one of the scenes that she filmed.

Near the end, she ran into director Jake Schreier, who jokingly warned her that she was not allowed to take a video around the set.

Interestingly enough, in the caption of the video post, an asterisk was added to the title which made fans wonder whether it has been officially changed to "Thunderbolts*."

This is an exciting first look on the MCU project since fans have an assurance now that the movie is on its way and it looks like the cast and crew are having a great time on the set.

It is interesting to see whether they will release more behind-the-scenes videos in the coming months to keep fans updated or if it is just a one-off in order to avoid giving away more spoilers about the film since Marvel Studios is notorious for their secrecy.

Thunderbolts is scheduled for release in theaters on May 2, 2025.
