First Look at Jason Todd in Titans Set Photos

With the DC Universe streaming service launching later this year, all eyes are on Titans, one of the first shows advertised for it. Fans have had a mixed reception to what they've seen thus far, loving official stills of Robin, Hawk, and Dove, while hating BTS photos of Beast Boy, Raven, and Starfire.

Jason Todd has recently been confirmed for the show thanks to the episode listing and we have our first look at the rebellious Bat-Family member. Fans hoping to see Todd in his Red Hood garb are going to be disappointed since the actor portraying him, Curran Walters, is in regular clothes.

At least fans won't be preparing their pitchforks.

Todd was the second Robin after Dick Grayson, who is still using the identity for Titans. Bruce adopted the boy after he stole the tires of the Batmobile and channeled his aggression so that he could use his anger for good, eventually earning the Robin moniker while Dick was Nightwing. This caused a rift between Dick and Bruce, though the former Robin was willing to help Todd in missions while he was starting out.

How Todd gets integrated into the Titans lore while Dick is still Robin should be interesting. The show premieres later this year, along with the Netflix-like DC Universe streaming service.
