Is Superboy Going to be in the Titans TV Show?

We already know that Raven, Starfire, and Beast Boy are going to be in the upcoming live-action Titans series, but a casting call may hint that the show is looking for someone to play Conner Kent a.k.a. Superboy.

According to That Hashtag Show,Titans is looking for someone named "David" and they are looking for:

"A 20-something Caucasian male with dark hair who is powerful and merciless, so much so that he has recently unleashed chaos on the people who have been keeping him a prisoner in a mysterious lab. When we find "David", he will have recently have escaped this lab. Whoever we see in the role would have a series regular option for consecutive seasons of Titans."

Of course, this could just be a random villain for the Titans and not Superboy at all, but seeing that Superboy was also found in a lab and was also a hot head in Young Justice, I don't see why he can't be part of the Teen Titans for this live-action series.

Some guess that Superboy will actually be teased in the finale, and will become a series regular in the following season. It's not that farfetched.

There has recently been a lot of backlash with the first leaked images of the Titans show, but I have a feeling that fans will be more forgiving once the first trailer for the series comes out.

Expect Titans to launch alongside DC's upcoming streaming service sometime this year.
