The evil clown Pennywise will be back in IT: Chapter 2, and now that the film is currently in production, fans have been trying to catch every footage or photo from the set. Now, the first video from the set of the horror sequel has surfaced online. You can watch it below:
Since Chapter 2 is set about thirty years after the events of the first film, this is clearly a flashback scene showing the young Bill Denbrough (Jaeden Lieberher) and young Beverly Marsh (Sophia Lillis) walking together with their bikes. The adult Bill and Beverly will be played by James McAvoy and Jessica Chastain, so it's likely that we'll see them continue to develop their relationship as adults in the sequel.
The film takes place 27 years after The Losers' Club took down Pennywise. When kids start to go missing again in Derry, Mike Hanlon, who stayed behind in Derry, calls up his old friends and reminds them of the promise to return and stop Pennywise if ever comes back.
IT: Chapter 2 is set to release in theaters on September 6, 2019.
