Young Bev Appears in Set Photo for IT: Chapter 2

Though everyone loved the child cast of the IT reboot, the sequel will be utilizing older actors to play the adult Losers Club. It's been rumored that the child actors would make a cameo in Chapter 2, and set photo seemingly confirms the appearance of Sophia Lillis/Young Bev.

For the sequel, the role of adult Bev will be taken over by Jessica Chastain. It's worth noting that Chastain had worked with director Andy Muschietti before on 2013's Mama, and she was a fan-favorite to play Bev even before she was cast.

Along for the ride are James McAvoy (Bill), Bill Hader (Richie), Isaiah Mustafa (Mike), James Ransone (Eddie), and Andy Bean (Stanley). Bill Skarsgard will also be reprising the role of Pennywise the Clown.

Though the adult portion of the book is considered the weaker part of the story, I'm sure Muschietti has something interesting up his sleeve to make the film more interesting. After all, there were significant changes done to the story that even Stephen King loved.

27 years later, the Losers Club have grown up and moved away, until a devastating phone call brings them back.

Catch IT: Chapter 2 in theaters Sept. 6, 2019.
