Even More New Images from Captain Marvel

Avengers: Endgame may be coming out in April, but a month before that will see the release of the MCU's first woman-lead film, Captain Marvel. Empire Magazine is gearing up for a big Captain Marvel issue, and some new photos have found their way online.

Check them out:

The Starforce members in the picture are Minn-Erva (Gemma Chan) and Bron-Char (Rune Temte). We also have a closer look at Ronan the Accuser who is wearing the same armor from Guardians of the Galaxy, but he doesn't have any of the markings from that film. My guess is that they were added once he was cast out of Kree society.

We have a nice BTS photo of Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as a shot of Carol Danvers with her friend Maria Rambeau.

With Black Panther being such a big milestone for Marvel Studios, Captain Marvel also aims to be one by being the first MCU film with a woman lead. We don't know how big this movie could end up being, but there will certainly be comparisons held with another woman-lead superhero movie, Wonder Woman. Will Captain Marvel soar, or will she be held down by the Lasso of Truth?

Carol Danvers becomes one of the universe's most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races.

Catch Captain Marvel in theaters March 8.
