Dwayne Johnson Shares First Black Adam Footage Ahead of DCFanDome Trailer Release

We are all hyped up for DC FanDome where we'll be getting all the awesome new updates on the upcoming projects from the DC Extended Universe. Not surprisingly, Dwayne Johnson is just as excited as the rest of us and he has dropped the first footage from Black Adam ahead of the trailer's debut at the online event.

It has been a long wait for actual footage from Black Adam. Although we got a teaser for the DCEU flick in the previous DC FanDome, it only showed concept art. Luckily, that's going to change this weekend and Johnson has given us an awesome heads up.

Johnson shared the Black Adamteaser on his official Twitter account. It offers a fleeting glimpse at the Red Notice star in his suit. There's also a shot of the comic book hero hovering over a building. Check it out below.

The teaser also features Pierce Brosnan sharing his thoughts on the upcoming movie. The former James Bond actor has been cast as Justice Society of America leader Doctor Fate. Although he isn't suited up, we're expecting to see him in action in the trailer soon.

We're loving the brief teaser although it barely shows us anything from the film. On the other hand, we're properly hyped up by what we've seen so far and can't wait to learn more about Black Adam at DC FanDome.

The premise of Black Adam is still a mystery but it will serve as the character's introduction into the DCEU. We are expecting to learn more about the character in the film and see him working with the JSA.

Black Adam is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and also stars Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, Marwan Kenzari, James Cusati-Moyer, Bodhi Sabongui, Mo Amer, and Uli Latukefu. The movie is scheduled for release on July 29, 2022.
