Doom Patrol Season 2 Will Show How The Chief 'Make Amends' With the Team

There is little doubt that things are about to get even more interesting in Doom Patrol Season 2 after what happened in the previous season finale. After all, the team realized that the Chief has been somehow connected to the tragedies that ruined their lives. However, Timothy Dalton claims that his character isn't giving up on his team just yet. Not surprisingly, Niles Caulder is ready to make it up to the heroes.

Dalton recently spoke to TVLine about the second season where he stated that "a leopard doesn't change his spots, but a leopard can change his understanding of things. You can fall in love with something you created, but that doesn't stop you from using it." What does that mean? It suggests that the Chief will be more mindful about the members of his team and their feelings.

"[He] has been awakened to the fact that his creations are suffering. He wants to make amends," Dalton said of Caulder.

Well, that's nice to know but we're not sure if they'll be warming up to him anytime soon. In the meantime, we can look forward to crazier episodes in the second season.

The first three episodes of Doom Patrol Season 2 have just premiered on DC Universe. The next episode is titled Sex Patrol and is scheduled to air on July 2.
